Register your return online
Register your return conveniently online – all you need is your order number and email address. After review, you will receive your DHL return label by email.
14-day return policy
You can withdraw from your purchase and return your order within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, with all labels attached, and packed in the original box. For details on your statutory right of withdrawal, please see our withdrawal policy.
Returns
Please contact our customer service at info@esisto.com for a return label. Please include your order number when contacting us (you can find it in your order confirmation) – this helps us process your return quickly. We cover the return shipping costs within Germany.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days.
Exchange
For an exchange, please contact our customer service – again, please include your order number. We will be happy to help you find the right size or an alternative.
