Payment & Shipping

Payment methods

The following payment methods are available in our online shop:

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
PayPal
Apple Pay / Google Pay
Shopify Payments

All payment transactions are encrypted. Depending on the payment method, the purchase amount is charged when the order is placed or when it is shipped.

Shipping costs

We only ship within Germany. Shipping costs are a flat rate of €5.90 per order.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 2–4 working days. For payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after receipt of payment; for all other payment methods, it begins on the day after the contract is concluded.

Shipping partner

We ship with DHL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail so you can follow the status of your delivery at any time.

Delivery area

We only deliver to Germany. Shipping to other countries is currently not available.
