To enjoy your sweater for years to come, we recommend particularly gentle care:

• Hand wash cold or use the wool cycle at max. 20 °C with a mild wool detergent
• Do not wring, spin-dry or tumble dry
• Gentle steaming is possible; do not iron
• Gently pull into shape and dry flat on a towel
• Small knots (pilling) are a natural characteristic of fine natural fibres and can be gently removed with a cashmere comb
• If possible, store flat

Shipping within Germany

We ship with DHL. Shipping costs €5.90 per order. Delivery time: 2–3 business days after your order is placed. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking.

Free returns

Not quite right? You can return your items free of charge within 14 days of receipt. Simply register your return in our returns portal and you will immediately receive a free DHL return label.
